See "Shades of Gray" a quilt by Cindy Needham

Made in the same vein as her quilt Reality Check, Cindy's Shades of Gray also incorporates an army navy linen tablecloth. Cindy had this tablecloth for over fifteen years and tried quilting it three different times before having the A-HA moment to include in a Pieced Linen quilt. Showcasing the beautiful embroidery amongst her own pieced blocks, the border of the quilt utilizes the lace from the tablecloth. Fun note, the size of the quilt was actually decided because of how much lace Cindy had to use.
